Communications strategy, tools, and trainings for the Pan African University

With five Pan-African Universities across Africa, a united communications effort under a recognisable brand was needed to show synergy and results across institutions. We worked closely with the team to update and operationalise the Communications Strategy and ensure it was understood and implemented across the board, from the Directors down. We created a new centralised website and a PAU Identity and Branding guide to highlight the links between institutions and build recognition. Trainings in social media and best practices in digital communications ensured there was internal capacity to implement new tools and grow audience, and a workshop in crisis communications and the development of a manual helped organisational understanding around reputation and dealing with issues.
